School Board Nominations – Parent and Community Representatives
November 13, 2018
Katanning Senior High School is seeking expressions of interest from community members for a vacant School Board Community Representative and from parents/guardians for two vacant School Board Parent Representatives. These positions begin January 2019 and expire in December 2020.
The Board assists the Principal in the task of governing the school’s finances, policy and determining strategy and direction through Business Planning. Meetings are currently held on average twice a term on a Thursday evening at 6:00pm.
If you would like to take up the opportunity to potentially become one of the Board members at Katanning Senior High School, please complete the expression of interest form below and return it to our main administration office by 4pm Thursday 15 November 2018. Your profile statement may be used to assist the Board in appointing the Community Representative and may be used to assist parents/guardians in voting, should an election be necessary.
If you wish to discuss this matter further, or require assistance in preparing your profile statement, please do not hesitate to contact Carolyn Cook on 9821 9800.
